1 Medical Information
Proactive search, and deliver scientific/medical information needed Manage call center including monitor their quality Maintain FAQs with latest information Answer escalated questions from call center
1 Medical Training
Define and supervise the implementation of the medical/scientific annual training plan at affiliate level by analyzing the training needs of different departments and plans on overall yearly affiliate program with the Affiliate Medical Director, Medical Heads of Therapeutic Areas, Marketing Leads, District Sales Managers, Market Access Lead, R&D Director, etc.

-Medical Affairs experience as MSL, Medical manager/Advisor, etc. or Medical Information experience at least 3 years
-Business level English
-PhD preferred but not mandatory
