仕事内容
Manager/Senior manager opportunity, KOL engagement & medical planning at national level
50% medical planning and 50% KOL engagement

Prepare and execute medical plan including KOL management, advisory board, publication, and data generation. Local pre-launch medical plan (Age-related Macular Degeneration, Glaucoma) would be aligned to global plan thorough well-communicating with global team.

Identify and develop professional relationships with KOLs, and develop KOL engagement plan.

Proactively visit, analyze and report KOLs insights that may impact development plans, launch strategies and tactics, medical education programs.

Understand the product profile including competitors to introduce our products accurately into eye care treatment.

必須
-Medical Affairs experience as MSL, Medical manager/Advisor, etc.
-Business level English
-Ophthalmology experience a plus but not necessary. All therapeutic areas are welcome.
