A home electronics manufacturer is searching for a candidate to spearhead the company's treasury and tax operations.Responsibilities:
* Lead treasury operations including cash, foreign currency, loan transactions, under solid control of liquidity and foreign exchange risks
* Prepare monthly treasury report and analysis that will provide management with information to control inventory, AR, AP and foreign exchange risk positions
* Support business units to build and refine the forecast
* Enforce compliance with tax laws, prepare tax filing
* Partner with accounting team to execute month end close process
Requirements:
* Knowledge of accounting and tax
* 5+ years' experience accounting and/or finance
* Business level proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
* CPA, MBA or similar post graduate degree preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools such as SAP, Oracle ERP experience preferred
