A global luxury automotive manufacturer is searching for an experienced Event Executive.Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the planning process to bring the brand to a new level of excellence
* Organize, follow up on, and execute events and exhibitions
* Track and elevate the digital communication performance and communicate results to stakeholders
* Develop a disciplined inventory management process to maintain healthy inventory levels through cross-functional collaboration
* Collaborate with overseas HQ to support scalable and effective operations
* Help fuel innovation through process optimization
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' relevant experience; familiarity with event management
* Multi-tiered stakeholder management experience
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
