A prominent luxury fashion organization is in need of an HR Business partner.Responsibilities:
* Partner with retail organizations and develop and understanding of organizational challenges and employee concerns
* Ensure effective communication of HR information
* Drive retail talent acquisition activities such as posting positions, sourcing candidates, on boarding, follow-up, etc.
* Address internal and external HR related inquiries and requests
* Maintain HR data, and submit reports on general HR activity
* Support other functions as needed
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years of HR experience
* Detailed understanding of Human Resources practices and procedures
* Experience successfully handling confidential information
* Ability and willingness to travel locally
* Business level English
