In this role, you will be responsible for developing and running strategies, events and training sessions for company personnel and distributors.

A global supplements retailer is seeking a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Handle business development management including S&P, NC, training, business tools, event and promotion, etc.
* Coordinate and facilitate S&P meetings
* Develop training materials and organize various company meetings and events for distributors
* Develop efficient operation for MAP, Kickstart program to recruit new member as business development supervisor
* Manage and support event team and promotion team
* Develop the Japan sales strategies with field support
* Develop strategies and tools for owners to expand activities based on the daily consumption strategy
Requirements:
* Work experience and basic knowledge in sales and marketing
* Knowledge of MLM and understanding of distributors' activities and mindset
* Project management and cost management skills
* Vendor negotiation skills
* Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
* Business level proficiency in English
