An international advertising media company is now hiring for a CFO with digital marketing savvy.Responsibilities:
* In support of the Japan CEO, develop annual growth strategy and 3-year growth roadmap for the organization
* Assist Japan CEO and APAC CFO with the delivery of financial activities and performance by optimizing cash-flow management and capital management
* Provide advice to agency MDs on how to achieve PBT targets on terms of business-client contract negotiation and payment terms negotiation
* Supervise and enforce the administration of all governance frameworks such as SOX, trading, audit and tax are in line with WPP policies and compliance requirements
* Work with Japan CEO to identify prospective targets for acquisition and manage the acquisition and integration process
Requirements:
* Professional accounting qualification (CA and/or CPA) from an accredited accounting program
* 15+ years' experience in senior financial and/or administrative roles
* Experience working for one of the big 4 financial institutions in auditing and process improvement
* Knowledge in accounting standards, tax requirements and corporate governance issues in Japan
* Conceptual understanding of the latest digital marketing elements and their impact on own company and corporate clients
