A global research company is looking to hire an FP&A Director.Responsibilities:
* Conduct forecasting, annual planning, and business unit and customer analysis activities
* Manage the performance of the front-line organisation
* Manage the pipeline of the Japan business including the establishing of best practices
* Carry out strategic business planning including investment cases and tracking of ROI
* Support the management of the profit and loss of the Japan business through analysis
* Analyse resources, operations, and expenses to inform decisions regarding business objectives
Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in finance and business operations with a focus on executive level decision support, business planning and operations
* Experience in financial and management reporting and analysis
* Business operations experience in a start-up setting
* Significant experience in business planning and the roll-out of business plans
* Management skills
* Strong communication proficiency in written and spoken English and Japanese
