A multinational beauty and personal care goods company is seeking a specialist in EC Account to take charge of the company's EC accounts.Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain regular communications with assigned accounts in effort to nurture the relationship and monitor sales status
* Create agendas for each account including goals and actionable tasks to optimize sales performance
* Negotiate cost and pricing terms offering mutual interest and benefits for both parties
* Research and create funnel of prospected retailers deemed fit for our brand
* Introduce and new product launches with a strategic marketing plan
* Perform competitive analysis and identify areas of improvement opportunities
* Enforce regulations with brand's policies, ensuring retailers are displaying products pricing at set amount
* Regulate and communicate SEM keyword bidding exceptions and restrictions
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, economics or other as preferred
* 2+ years' experience in e-commerce, including management of a complex business across multiple locations and sales
* Retail industry experience preferred
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in Japanese
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in English
