A major multinational toy manufacturer is looking to hire an FP&A Manager with extensive accounting and managerial experience.Responsibilities:
* Ensure revenue and expenditure transactions are approved in accordance with an agreed approval policy
* Own and manage the country's business P&L and ensure that all financial and business performance metrics are delivered ahead of plans
* Provide comments and analysis of financial results with respect to variances from budget and forecasts
* Work with the Country Manager to create and drive the 5-year strategic plan
* Regularly review costs for all products at the start of each year
* Ensure accounts payable are paid in accordance with agreed terms
* Prepare annual tax returns for review and submission by the company's tax representatives
Requirements:
* Accounting qualification
* 10+ years' accounting experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
* Extensive experience in a commercial environment, preferably in a multinational company
* Strong understanding of GAAP, internal control, and tax regulation
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
* Verbal and written fluency in English
