An international automotive supplier is now hiring for a PL Management Controller who will lead a team of finance professionals.Responsibilities:
* Supervise and achieve monthly closing
* Provide analysis of product line monthly results to the senior management; monitor the financial performance and report weekly
* Coordinate budget and MTP processes
* Benchmark and standardize management control tools
* Conduct on-site management control reviews; review and pre-validate IAR
* Support training and career development of finance staff
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 3+ years' experience in management controller roles
* Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
* Experience in management roles at external organizations, companies
* Experience within the industry is mandatory, preferably in operational roles
