A global investment banking firm is seeking a qualified lawyer for the role of Legal Counsel. In this role you will provide legal support and advice on all aspects of the company's businesses, including equity & credit derivatives, structured products, and lending transactions.
仕事内容
A global investment banking firm is seeking a qualified lawyer for the role of Legal Counsel.
Responsibilities:

* Draft and review documents related to the private placement and public offering of securities in Japan
* Review and prepare master agreements
* Prepare materials for shareholder and board of directors meetings
* Conduct legal research on regulatory developments that may impact the company's business
* Review legal documents linked to specific transactions
* Understand the company's policies and legal risks and articulate the company's position on various legal matters
* Perform administrative tasks such as processing legal invoices and maintaining the agreement database

Requirements:

* Law degree and qualification to practice law in Japan or overseas
* 3+ years' experience reviewing and preparing legal documentation at a law firm or in-house
* Native level Japanese; advanced English proficiency
