In this role, you will report to the onsite Senior Project Manager and with your extensive experience in application development, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality meeting the implementation deadlines.

A leading business services firm is in need of an Application Project Manager with a tech and project management background.Responsibilities:
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
* Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
* Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action
Requirements:
* Extensive application development experience
* Experience in project management of complex application systems
* Tertiary qualifications in a technical, management, or engineering field, equivalent work experience or professional project management qualifications
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Experience in the life science industry highly desirable
* Understanding of Packaged Software project implementation desirable
