A globally operated consulting firm is searching for a Global HR who will be overseeing the general HR operations as well as M&A matters.Responsibilities:
* Execute HR due diligence and other tasks related to M&A involving non-Japanese companies
* Support relocations and compensation and benefit administration for international staff
* Support and guide the management of international entities
* Maintain HR records
* Propose ideas, support and execute initiatives for globalization of the group
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 3+ years' experience in HR in an international company or in overseas operation of a Japanese company
* Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese
* Understanding of Japanese culture and business operations
* Basic PPT and Excel skills
* Experience working for a non-Japanese company outside of Japan or study abroad preferred
