As the Head of Marketing, you will oversee all aspects of marketing for the Japan branch including online and offline marketing in addition to developing those who work under your supervision. This position reports directly to the Country Manager of Japan.

A luxury European lifestyle brand is seeking a seasoned marketing professional with an eye for great design as the next Head of Marketing.Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute the yearly marketing plan
* Develop local promotional activities that complement global activities generated by HQ
* Develop local media plan to drive awareness and traffic to store
* Launch in-store events for existing and new stores
* Develop and launch omni-channel programs that link real stores and e-commerce stores
* Develop strong teamwork with key internal partners especially Head of Retail and European HQ
* Manage and develop subordinates
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in marketing at a premium retail brand in the apparel, jewellery, leather goods, automobile and other lifestyle segments and/or industries
* 3+ years of leadership role including team management
* Understanding of retail marketing fundamentals (promotions, events), retail key measures (traffic, conversion rate, ATV, UPT etc) and digital marketing
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Bachelor's degree or higher
