A leading global conglomerate is searching for a Program Manager with experience in the automotive industry.Responsibilities:
* Drive program plans and accomplish target metrics to organize program events according to project definition
* Communicate directly with customers to align and manage schedule and risk mitigation actions with sales and engineering
* Lead the team to identify, understand, and mitigate risks to project timing, product cost, quality, and reliability
* Design change transaction and specific task force activities such as launch issue and field issue resolution
* Report the program as per project definition, escalation process, and customer schedule
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related discipline
* Experience working in the automotive industry
* Experience managing customer or supplier project activity for cost, time, and quality
* Knowledge of basic engine-related component development and manufacturing process
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* Fluency in Japanese; business level English
