Your new company
This American financial services firm is located in central Tokyo, they have maintained successful and stable business in Japan. With highly talented professionals and dedicated staffs, you will be able to utilize your expertise and develop further.
Your new role
You will be mainly in charge of supporting 3-4 executive members, scheduling and travel arrangements, handling expenses and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for making presentation materials, taking minutes at internal and external meeting, and taking phone calls.
What you'll need to succeed
Successful candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, with native Japanese and solid business level of English communication skills. You are professional and mature, able to handle urgent matters with high sense of accuracy.
