A prominent robotics company is looking for an E-commerce Manager.Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage E-commerce sales plans, monitor results, and conduct variance analysis
* Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring and use insights to inform E-commerce plans
* Train, develop, and manage the E-commerce team to effectively maintain marketplace accounts
* Cooperate with product line owners to ensure pricing aligns with business objectives
* Conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in forecasting and success in business goals
* Improve e-commerce sales without hurting retail sales
Requirements:
* 3+ years in online marketing, e-commerce and communication experience while working with major online platforms
* 3+years in a business or marketing related role in the consumer products industry
* Understanding of current online marketing, trends, web standards, CMS, web analysis and marketing tools
* Strong data analysis skills
* Fluent level Japanese with fluent level English or Chinese
