An electrical equipment company is looking for a Project Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans encompassing schedules, procurement strategy, financial targets, resources, communication, and risks
* Manage cross-functional teams and ensure proper documentation
* Manage internal and external communications and meetings to ensure alignment with customer expectations
* Negotiate the initial scope of projects, change order, and progress payments while cooperating with customers, business partners, sales office, and industry sales representatives
* Understand terms of contracts, minimize exposure to penalties, manage costs, maintain compliance to laws and regulations, and meet customer expectations
* Establish and manage financial metrics and effectively manage change orders to ensure improvements in financial performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Prince2, APM, PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
* Experience in successful management of multisite, multi-country projects
* Team management skills
* Technical literacy
