A large international consumer goods company is seeking a social media-loving Social Listening professional.Responsibilities:
* Analyze and interpret data from native social media platforms including Facebook and Twitter and online publications such as blogs and RSS feeds via the use of social listening tools and third-party publishers
* Monitor conversations about the company brand, products, industry and competitors
* Perform contextual analysis of listening data to audience-driven insights and propose strategic recommendations for business leaders and stakeholders for their decision making
* Identify opportunities in conversations around the company brand, potential advocates, influencers and competitors
* Give feedback to continuously improve the online customer experience of purchasers
* Utilize and assess the effectiveness of social listening tools such as Sprinklr
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* Experience in data manipulation, qualitative analysis, analyzing and interpreting social ROI
* Native level Japanese; advanced verbal and written proficiency in English
