In this role, you will support the finance, engineering, construction and asset management teams in management of construction project financing and compliance matters.

A global producer of renewable energy is searching for a Loan Compliance officer with some long-term project financing experience.Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with all loan requirements and covenants
* Prepare, review and submit required documentation and reports to banks
* Forecast, anticipate and manage potential loan compliance breaches
* Prepare and update loan compliance status and forecast reports for management
* Manage and update amortization schedule
* Support the lender's loan syndication process
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience in large-scale capital construction projects involving long-term project financing at renewable companies, real estate industrial companies, financial firms and other relevant fields
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in English
* Knowledge in civil law, including claims and real rights
* Experience in administrative tasks
