A leading developer and producer of food products is seeking a Sales Supervisor with knowledge of the food industry.Responsibilities:
* Help prepare a list of agreed priority accounts, including both wholesalers and key end users
* Work with the Sales Director to prepare the annual budget for the assigned area
* Plan and execute activities to ensure that the budget is achieved
* Determine the specific needs of companies in terms of products & services and develop & execute plans to meet those needs
* Sell to the targeted accounts across the product range, focusing especially on agreed priority products
* Work closely with marketing and technical sales demonstrators to actively introduce new products to existing clients and existing products to new potential clients
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role
* Experience in food-related companies, preferably bakery, chocolate, and confectionery
* Knowledge of the food market
