A multinational AI technology company is searching for a Corporate Finance Director with strong financial modeling and analytical skills. As a key member of the finance team, you will work closely with the CFO to drive all strategic & financial planning, business modeling, forecasting, and management reporting activities.
仕事内容
A multinational AI technology company is searching for a Corporate Finance Director with strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:

* Partner cross-functionally to provide insight and support for financial decisions
* Lead financial planning & analysis and management reporting
* Lead corporate development activities, including M&A, capital alliance, and investments
* Create value for the company by contributing as a strategic and technical partner to the CFO and executive leadership team

Requirements:

* Knowledge of and experience with income/cash flow statements and balance sheets
* 3+ years' investment banking and/or corporate planning experience preferred
* Proven success in a similar role in a public or pre-IPO company preferred
* Experience in M&A, strategic capital alliance, and investment
* Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
