Responsibilities:

* Create, develop and implement long term digital and consumer strategies and projects informed by consumer insights and behaviours
* Define initiatives to increase efficiency, increase customer engagement and improve customer service
* Create a high quality digital user experience for customers while collaborating with marketing, communications, and other teams
* Improve digital and go-to market capabilities by championing innovative ways to propel growth through customer engagement, hands on management, and cutting edge digital channels

Requirements:

* Experience driving business, driving consumer behaviour change, and building brands on digital platforms
* B2B and B2C experience
* Ability to translate technology into business applications
* Ability to work in a multi-cultural global organization
* Ability to train teams in a digital space
* Experience with digital platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon, etc.
