A major technology conglomerate is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead and manage the people-related agenda to meet business needs.Responsibilities:
* Facilitate HR initiatives to develop staff members and improve business capabilities
* Drive performance assessment practices
* Identify career growth opportunities for staff with high potential
* Develop a resourcing strategy to attract the best possible talent for the company
* Identify, propose, and implement managerial and non-managerial training and development programs
* Monitor and analyze resource needs of various business functions
* Manage complex HR projects, working cross-functionally
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 2+ years' HRBP experience in a multinational company
* Wide range of professional HR knowledge/experience
* Proficiency in both English and Japanese
