A global pharmaceutical firm is looking for a Controller with experience communicating the results of financial analysis.Responsibilities:
* Drive the financial planning process and provide timely reports
* Drive competitive value creation as a finance partner by enabling optimal business decisions
* Prepare financial management reporting, analyzing any variance between actual and plans
* Handle monthly management reports and support the timely reporting of key deliverables
* Support and implement improvement initiatives for planning, controlling, and reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics or Business; CPA is a plus
* 2+ years' experience in business planning/controlling and management reporting
* Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry preferred
* At least a year of overseas education and/or work experience
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP R/3 and BO preferred
* Verbal and written fluency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 900+)
