A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Head of Commercial Operations.Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute local business plans to achieve financial targets
* Provide guidance to develop and implement local segment and product strategies in accordance to global and regional strategies
* Actively support business development activities
* Establish and maintain good relationships with key opinion leaders while maintaining compliance to rules and regulations
* Lead and develop the management team through continuous feedback and the use of tools
* Develop a compliance culture by actively supporting compliance initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher
* 10+ years of commercial experience, such as marketing and sales, in animal health or related industry
* 10+ years of experience significant management positions
* Strong understanding of internal company issues, processes, and strategies
* Strong understanding of financial, marketing, sales, and legal principles
* English proficiency is required (TOEIC 800+); Japanese proficiency is a plus
