The gaming arm of a leading international e-commerce company is looking for an HR Manager/HR Business Partner.Responsibilities:
* Understand the organization's needs and establish recruiting strategies and hiring standards
* Make recommendations on personnel & organizational changes and maintain company directory & organizational charts
* Implement and revise the compensation program by conducting periodic pay surveys
* Develop, conduct, analyze, and update the performance evaluation system
* Perform personnel-related administrative tasks and maintain HR records
* Design, implement, and revise company benefits and perform benefits administration
Requirements:
* 3+ years' HR experience in a Japanese organization, preferably in a start-up environment
* People management experience preferred
* Understanding of the gaming and entertainment industry preferred
* Business level proficiency in both English and Japanese required; business level Chinese also preferred
