An award-winning advertising agency is hiring for an HR Business Partner with a solid understanding of Japanese labour law.Responsibilities:
* Work with Back office and HR operations to ensure compliance with local labor law
* Identify opportunities for improvements in HR processes and propose recommendations
* Respond to HR related inquiries
* Support Senior HR Manager in planning and introduction of HR programs and initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related discipline
* 2+ years' experience as an HR generalist in a multinational company
* Experience working at a creative agencyis a plus
* Understanding of Japanese labor law
* Competency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Google Docs
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
