A global IT technology distributor is seeking a bilingual Senior Auditor with some relevant audit experience.Responsibilities:
* Perform SOX, operational audits, technical audits, consultations, Sarbanes-Oxley assessments and auditory assessments
* Educate internal staff of the company processes, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and internal audit functions
* Document and evaluate the adequacy of the design of the internal controls of the company
* Plan, execute and report on risk-based effectiveness of financial, operational and compliance processes for manual and automated controls
* Document and discuss the audit project and consultation results with the senior management in order to develop action plans for control weaknesses and continuous improvement opportunities
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline
* Experience in financial, operational and/or systems audits
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
* Competency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in IT general controls testing and IT applications control testing preferred
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English (native level proficiency in either language required)
