An American robotic process automation company is in need of a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Mange relationships with assigned clients with the goal of increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
* Establish an advisor relationship with each assigned client and effectively promote the value of the company's products and services
* Develop and prepare customers for advocacy
* Work with clients to establish key performance indicators to support customer's achieving their goals
* Cultivate and identify upsell opportunities
* Advocate customer needs across different departments
* Manage account escalations
Requirements:
* 6+ years of relevant experience
* Proficiency is Salseforce.com and Microsoft Office applications
* Experience working with clients of all sizes
* Experience closing sales at the executive level is a plus
* Technology background is a plus
