A Business Unit Controller (Senior Staff Level) position with a leading German Chemical company in their central Tokyo office. Salary up to 7.8M.You will be working as a Business Unit Controller for multiple local business units undertaking tasks related to planning, performance management, business analysis, compliance, & interface management.
You will be accountable for operational planning & forecasting as well as gap analysis and reporting. You will set targets for the business units and manage & analyse their performance. Strategy and potential M&A ventures will also fall under your job function for the business units as well as ensuring compliance and managing potential risks.
In terms of interface management you will be responsible for ensuring that the computer & controlling systems for the business unit are running and will also make sure that staff receive the training and support required to make the business units a success.

Fluent Japanese & Business English or above,
5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting,
Bachelor's degree.

- 年収・給与

6 million yen ～ 7.8 million yen + overtime pay.
Assuming 15-20 hours of overtime per month total potential pay could be up to 8.5M.
