An industrial machinery and equipment manufacturer is searching for a Field Service Technician to be based in Aichi.Responsibilities:
* Travel to customer locations to repair operational problems with products
* Respond to calls from customers on equipment operation issues and provide appropriate advice
* Handle inquiries from customers regarding warranty and operating information
* Perform maintenance, repair, and care of equipment to ensure desired operating level and warranty compliance
* Communicate information on equipment problems or potential enhancements to the manager
* Receive parts and ship them to customers
Requirements:
* 5+ years' machine reparation experience
* 5+ years' service experience
* Rental business experience preferred
* Ability and willingness to travel on a frequent basis to customer sites
* English reading and writing ability
