A large-scale international inspection and testing firm is hiring for a Deputy Manager for the management of the Controlling Team.Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute training measures
* Control the department budget
* Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's fiscal function and performance
* Develop controlling strategies to fulfill business requirements
* Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial forecast, financial reports and financial trends
* Support M&A activities
* Assess opportunities to improve finance cost structure and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
* 4+ years' experience in Controller or Finance, Accounting roles
* Experience with ERP, preferably SAP
* Basic knowledge of organizational IT functions, IFRS
* Experience of working in a global organization ideally with matrix structure
* Experience in implementing and improving financial systems
