One of the world's leading financial firms is seeking an Asia Compliance Testing staff with a firm understanding of the financial services industry.Responsibilities:
* Perform analysis of regulations and internal rules and policies
* Develop test strategies to verify design and operating effectiveness for controls to enforce compliance with rules and policies
* Review interviews with employees and working materials, analyses of transactions and deal documentation
* Identify areas requiring attention and assessment of potential risks
* Prepare review reports, present and follow up on findings and recommendations to compliance and business area managers
* Collaborate with global counterparts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Business, Law or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in compliance coverage, compliance testing, law, litigation, internal and external audit at financial services organizations
* CA, CPA, CIA or a relevant certification preferred
* Knowledge in best practices in testing, audit
* Understanding of and experience in the financial markets and banking industry
