An international internet organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with relevant experience.Responsibilities:
* Work with HRBPs on role grading, internal talent, shortlist candidates and coaching opportunities
* Report on resourcing statistics and bench mark progress regularly
* Manage agencies, work force planning and talent tools
* Prepare role descriptions, execute sourcing strategies, interviewing candidates, sending out offers
* Organize and strategize for the "new to career" program to meet current talent demands within the APAC markets
* Manage and represent the company's employer brand on social media platforms
Requirements:
* 10+ years' experience in in-house in a proactive and direct talent acquisition hiring model and remote team and contractor management
* Experience in ATS deployment
* Knowledge in assessment tools to support selection decision making, talent tools, social media and employer branding practices
* Advanced verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English
* Experience in volume hiring
