- A global footwear company is in need of an APAC Merchandising planner. This position will be responsible for increasing sales by attracting customer to stores and leading activities to grow the global brand in the APAC region. The individual in this role will conduct, strategy and planning, implementation of market programs, metrics tracking, branding activities, people management, while maintaining a high level of ethics.

A global footwear company is in need of an APAC Merchandising planner.Responsibilities:
* Contribute information and ideas to the strategy process and create effective marketing plans
* Implement marketing programs, create communications plans, manage communication activities
* Plan marketing projects, prepare budgets, and conduct progress reports
* Define metrics appropriate to business cases and evaluate activities using measurement data and suggest possible improvements
* Create and develop competitive brands by managing brand support activities
* Promote an ethical work environment while encouraging colleagues develop skills related to their marketing roles
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Understanding of Japanese PR practices
* Experience in PR at a large international brand or agency
* Experience raising a brand from low brand awareness to high brand awareness
* Business level Japanese and English (written and spoken)
