A leading global healthcare company is looking to hire a Financial Analyst for consumer products.Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and validation of forecasts that incorporates impact of changes in internal and external business conditions and manage action plans to ensure financial targets are met
* Lead the development of a sustainable business model, including the design of new product launches
* Influence the business to improve structure, processes, product portfolio, and productivity based on a deep understanding & analysis of the current and emerging market trends, geographic, and cultural needs
* Collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure that resources are aligned with organizational goals and priorities
* Identify the potential impact of various business decisions
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in business planning and/or financial analysis
* Project management experience is a plus
* Experience in a multinational company preferred; overseas work/study experience is also a plus
* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as reporting tools and software
* Business level English proficiency
