A global IT services provider is searching for a highly motivated individual to fill their Inside Sales position.Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain good customer relationships, regularly communicate via sales calls, record activity in the CRM system, and make sales into new accounts
* Develop a strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's maritime and trade capabilities as well as the most current market trends
* Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 2+ years of experience managing end to end sales for new and renewal business
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and CRM
* Ability to analyse business opportunities, develop sales strategies, close business, and conduct effective presentation for clients
* Japanese and English proficiency
