A Technical Services & Development role is currently available at a leading global chemical company.Responsibilities:
* Identify strategic growth opportunities
* Provide product recommendations, on-site trial support, and product qualification
* Provide troubleshooting support customer quality complaints
* Interact with customers to understand the application performance requirements and propose the technology roadmap and new product/technology development strategy
* Generate high-quality technical reports for development projects
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Polymer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or a related discipline
* 5+ years' experience in the automotive industry and/or knowledge of polyurethane foam formulation and application
* Polyurethane foam engineering expertise preferred
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; proficiency in English
