A multinational information technology solutions and consulting company is seeking a Team Lead/Manager with customer service experience.Responsibilities:
* Supervise the Customer Service team, manage team and individual performance and set goals for team members
* Lead regular customer service management team meetings
* Advise Sales and Marketing teams in RFP solutions for service management matters and give pre-sales presentations to customers
* Prepare and deliver management reports including critical issues register and headcount status reports
* Representing Asia Pacific as the regional Global Process Owner for Customer Service Management, attend business focus group meetings to identify business requirements
* Implement and manage ITIL best practice processes and application to effective service management team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or a related discipline
* 7+ years' experience in customer-facing roles within the telecommunications or IT industry
* Experience in vendor management and consultancy
* Service Management ITIL Certification
* Experience in leadership roles and team management
* Technical knowledge of WAN and IP
