Your new company
This boutique sized financial firm is located in central Tokyo, has its headquarter in US. They have strong presence in Japan and globally, developed good client relationship in Japan. With over 20 offices globally, they are expecting another great year.
Your new role
You will work as an Executive Assistant, mainly support one executive and 2-3 more professionals. Main responsibilities include diary managements, meeting and conference call arrangements, booking business trips, expenses and invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
• Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience in professional services industry
• Experience in finance industry is highly preferred
• Native Japanese, business English
• Strong interpersonal skills as a team player
