Your new role
You will work as an Executive Assistant, mainly support one executive and 2-3 more professionals. Main responsibilities include diary managements, meeting and conference call arrangements, booking business trips, expenses and invoices.

What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience in professional services industry
- Experience in finance industry is highly preferred
- Native Japanese, business English
- Strong interpersonal skills as a team player
