A top manufacturer of automotive components is looking for a new After Sales Senior Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations of aftersales including, parts sales, order processing, logistics, budgets, customer service, and policy enforcement
* Cooperate with HR to support talent development
* Perform market analysis to identify issues that could impact the business
* Develop business plans to promote the sale of company products in order to meet sales targets and business goals
* Manage relationships with service partners and perform contract maintenance and performance evaluations
* Perform development and maintenance on the quality management system
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent
* 7+ years relevant experience with 4+ years management experience
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally and domestically
* Fluent Japanese and English (written and spoken)
