A global chemical company is in need of a Technical Centre Director. This position will be responsible for technical centre team leadership, utilizing scientific expertise, people development and health and safety compliance. This is a great way to advance your career in the chemical industry.
仕事内容
A global chemical company is in need of a Technical Centre Director.
Responsibilities:

* Establish and implement strategy, policies, budget, and assets for the technical centre in alignment with global company policies
* Lead technical centre teams in Japan to create product innovations, process improvements, and product launches
* Cooperate with customers, particularly automotive OEMs, to ensures technical qualifications
* Support R&D sampling and sample logistics
* Interact with customers in APAC and global community in the technical field as well as technical associations, academies, and universities
* Manage resource allocation as well as training and development for the team
* Ensure compliance to Environment Health and Safety standards

Requirements:

* Master's degree or higher
* 10+ years in the Li-ion batter industry
* Chemical or engineering related knowledge
* English proficiency (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent)
