A professional services organization is seeking an HR Senior Staff with experience in payroll and social insurance.Responsibilities:
* Maintain effective relationships with client contacts
* Handle monthly payroll calculations, payroll registers, final payment calculations, data input, benefits administration, etc.
* Assist in the start-up and manage the payroll administration for new clients
* Handle inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
* Help prepare client proposals
* Supervise junior staff and review draft deliverables
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Accounting, or a related discipline
* 5+ years' relevant experience in payroll and social insurance
* Experience in a professional services or outsourcing firm is a plus
* Experience in handling local employment regulations, tax practices, pension, and other related issues
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
* Experience with payroll software preferred
* Verbal and written proficiency in both Japanese and English (TOEIC 860+)
