A financial services company is searching for a new HRBP with a good command of Japanese and English.Responsibilities:
* Assist HR Manager in the development and delivery of annual market colleague plans and/or human capital plans
* Support and implement HR initiatives in talent management, training and development, retention and engagement
* Propose new approaches, policies and procedures for continual improvements of HR processes
* Advise the leadership in addressing engagement gaps
* Lead and deliver HR communications and education programs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management or a related discipline
* 3+ years' experience as an HR generalist or HR specialist
* Knowledge of employment laws and market practices
* Experience in project and team management
* Fluency in both Japanese and English
