An innovative firm in the automotive industry is seeking a Sales Director with extensive knowledge of the Japanese automotive parts business.Responsibilities:
* Generate business strategies aligned with corporate direction
* Set acquisition targets and define the execution plan
* Align specific product proposals to customers with management team
* Create mid- and long-term revenue growth plan
* Set up new businesses and onboard new customers
* Create proposals for new business opportunities
* Manage and facilitate the Japan sales team to successfully obtain orders
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
* Extensive knowledge of the Japanese automotive parts business and technologies, especially for interior and exterior products and related technologies
* Knowledge of international business and programs
