In this role you will work with the HRBP and department lead to review, plan, and implement improvements within the HR employee solutions process which covers HR operations, HRIS, payroll, and employee relations.

A leading multinational technology insurance group is in search of an HR Operations Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage and process required documentation throughout the employee life cycle
* Monitor, maintain, and process HR-related information in internal HR systems, databases, and/or files
* Liaise with the payroll vendor, ensuring accuracy of employment data
* Facilitate compliance with corporate HR policies and local labor regulations
* Act as a liaison between employees, internal departments, and vendors to resolve issues
* Establish, maintain, and manage strong relationships with other groups in the organization
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* 5+ years' progressive experience in HR administration/generalist roles
* Familiarity with Japanese labor law
* Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software
* Intermediate level English proficiency
