A global financial services firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager with a background in sales and/or account management.Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client companies administering employee share plans
* Process operational transactions, such as data management, reconciliation, processing, reporting and problem solving, in a timely manner
* Organize, develop and maintain procedural and process documentation related to clients' programs to ensure accurate transaction processing and minimize risk
* Identify new system tools and enhancements to existing systems
* Monitor and update CRM tool with up-to-date information such as fees, contract durations and call notes
* Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, calls and digital correspondences to successfully negotiate renewal contracts and fees
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in sales, account management or client service in the financial services sector
* Fluency in both Japanese and English
* Knowledge in employee equity compensation matters
* Experience in project management, identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
